One standing pilot per burner for instant ignition.

Top Cooking Grates 5" x 21" removable sections lift-off, heavy duty cast iron.
Lower Grates: Heavy duty cast iron 8" x 15" waffle style grates support char-rock and promote proper air flow and combustion.
Grease Trough: Removable stainless steel grease can for easy cleaning.
Crumb Tray: Full width crumb tray located under the burners.
Cleaning: No tools are required to remove top and bottom grates, burners, char-rock and interior liner.
Char-Rock: Self-Cleaning pumice rock. Lighter and longer lasting than other types of char-rock.
Gas: Manifold pressure is 5.0" W.C. for natural gas. Manifold size 3/4" NPT. Specify type of gas and
elevation if over 2,000 ft.
Clearance: For use only on non-combustible surfaces. Legs or stands are required for non combustible floors. Provide 0" clearance from non-combustible surfaces and 7" from back, 8" from sides from combustible surfaces.
